The Police Constable Entry Program (PCEP) blends classroom learning designed by our highly dedicated HP training staff approved by the College of Policing, with on the job experience with experienced operationally competent officers out on patrol. This will be the process of your 2 year probation period and assist your ongoing development to be an operationally qualified police officer within the Humberside Police family.
